Once the home evaluation is complete and we have discussed and agreed upon a sale price, we begin marketing your home for sale.
We start by ensuring it looks its best. I will suggest and often look after the process of re-touching, cleaning, de-personalizing, decorating and styling your home to help appeal to the widest audience.
My amazing photographer will take flattering, and detailed photos (and/or videos) of your home that will be used to make our feature sheet, and listing, stand out.
I will encourage having a pre-sale home inspection in order to prevent any delays in the sale.

A strong online presence is essential. We will effectively use social media, email and blogging to guarantee proper exposure.
