The process of buying must be tackled in steps.

Firstly, we will sit down and discuss if you are ready to buy. Have you spoken to a mortgage broker or bank and been pre-approved for a mortgage? With this step behind you, you know what you can afford.

Next, we will discuss what it is you are looking for. Are you first-time homebuyers? Are you looking for more space? Less space? To move downtown? We will begin a list of must-haves as well as desired neighbourhoods.

Then, I begin the search for your dream home. As I find properties I feel meet your criteria we will discuss and view them together, slowly narrowing in on finding you the home you are after.

Once we’ve found ‘the one’, and our offer is accepted, you sign paperwork with your lawyer, finalize closing dates and costs, and enjoy your new home!
